and Conditions
Payment:
Payment can be made by sending a cheque or postal order (made
payable to ‘Amanda Luke’).
Please note payments must be paid in full before orders
are dispatched and cheques must be from a UK bank a/c only.
Please allow extra time if paying by cheque.

Alternatively you can call with any queries concerning orders,
Telephone : 01905 24516 between 9am
to 5pm Mondays to Fridays.
At all other times leave a message on the answering machine
and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
By Post:
Please download the order form and send completed with payment
to:

Delivery:
Deliveries are only made to mainland UK at present. For orders
outside the UK contact :
amandalukedesigns.co.uk.
Once your payment is successfully completed, a confirmation
email will be sent to you with an expected delivery date and
order details. We aim to dispatch your goods as soon as possible
within 7 days from receiving your order but please allow up
to a maximum of 14 days for delivery. If you require your
order to reach you sooner, please email or telephone and we
will try to meet your needs.
Orders are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery with a
postage and packing cost of £3.95 per order except
for delivery of small items only ‘including brooches
and badges’ which will be £2.00, orders
will require a signature on arrival. All order confirmations
are sent to the email address that you provide on the order
form. Therefore, please make sure that this is correct. You
may prefer delivery of goods to go to an alternative address
other than your home; this must be specified on the order
form.
We are unable to deliver on national or bank holidays.
Postage and packing:
Whilst every effort is made to package your goods as well
as possible, we cannot be held responsible for damage to items
in the post. All goods will be wrapped and packed in adequate
packing material plus a waterproof sleeve if necessary.
Returns & refunds:
I hope you are completely satisfied with your order and understand
that occasionally you will want to return your purchase. If
you are not happy for any reason please contact us via email;
info@amandalukedesigns.co.uk
or tel 01905 24516 within a few days of receiving your
goods and we will try to resolve any problems.
If they are not what you ordered and in the unlikely event
the goods are not in a satisfactory condition,
I will be happy to give you a full refund or alternatively
I can offer a replacement where possible. Postage and packing
charges are not refundable. Please return goods within
14 days of receipt unused and in any original packaging supplied,
however it is not possible to refund items lost or
damaged in the post.
I welcome all feedback and will deal with any problems experienced
by customers within 5 working days.
Design & Product information:
All products are subject to availability. Each product is
hand made and unique & designs and colours may vary due
to the availability of materials as most items are mainly
one of a kind, occasionally there will be multiples.
If a product is out of stock it can be substituted for a similar
item if you wish, if no product is available it can be back
ordered but please note: production time for all items
is a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum period of 4 weeks. This
is due to all items being hand made and may use materials
of similar colours but different designs. If you would rather
not wait, you may cancel your order.
Goods have been represented as accurately as possible, exact
colour matches from photographs may vary.
All copyright, design rights existing in the designs, products,
images will remain the property of the designer Amanda Luke.
Privacy notice:
All Personal data collected is used for delivery of your goods
only and will not be passed on to any third parties. |
